TEXAS — A former Early High School teacher is accused of having a sexual relationship with her 18-year-old student, police said.
Joy Blackstock, 23, is free on $15,000 bond after being arrested last week on a charge of improper relationship between an educator and a student, according to Brown County Jail records.
