Police arrested 36-year-old Colby Lee Molan Tuesday, a teacher at John F. Kennedy High School, for a sexual encounter with an 18-year-old female student numerous times at the school, and sexual contact with a 14-year-old female student while at school.He was taken to the Marion County Correctional Facility.
